Terms of Purchase and Delivery

I can’t find my orders

Placing your first order is very simple:

  • Choose the product you want.
  • Select its variant (color, size, configuration) from the options provided by the seller.
  • Click “Buy” to proceed to order placement or “Add to Cart” to continue shopping.
  • In your cart, select the quantity of the item (default is 1, maximum is 20) and click “Buy” again.
  • Enter the complete delivery address, including country, region, locality, street, house number, apartment number (if applicable), postal code, recipient’s last name and first name, phone number, and email address. Click “Save Address.”
  • Choose the delivery method: either tracked mail or delivery to a pickup point.
  • Choose a payment method available to you and enter your card details, including the card number, expiration date, and the three-digit code. Click “Buy.”
  • Done! Your paid order will appear in the “My Orders” section.

For future orders, you won’t need to re-enter your address and payment details as they will be saved in your profile.

You will receive an email confirmation shortly, along with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Order processing and assembly are completed within 4 business days from the date of order placement.

What payment methods does Uaclothes accept?

Payment methods:

  • Debit or credit cards from Visa & Mastercard payment systems.
  • Electronic wallets like Apple Pay & Google Pay.

Cash-on-delivery payments are not accepted.

How to pay with a card:

  • Select this payment method from the available options.
  • Enter your card details: card number, expiration date, CVV/CVC code (the three digits on the back of your card), and then click ‘Pay.’
  • Confirm the payment. You may need to enter a verification code.

The security of your payment information is of utmost importance to us. That’s why we’ve taken measures to ensure that all information transmitted through Uaclothes is encrypted and securely protected.

Refund Policy & Warranty

If the product does not meet your expectations for any reason, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the item, provided that the product has not been used, its original appearance, packaging, and labels have been preserved. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • To initiate a return, you need to:
    1. Fill out the return form included in the shipment.
    2. Send the completed form and the product for return to the following address: Ukraine, Poltava region, Horishni Plavni city, Nova Poshta 1, Yulia Ihorivna Chikiniyeva, +380633482446. The buyer is responsible for the delivery costs, except in cases of returning a product due to factory defects.
    3. Send an email to [email protected] with the waybill number, photos of the product, order number, reason for the return, and refund details. Please note that customs fees are non-refundable.
    4. The refunded amount will be credited to your bank account within 21 calendar days from the date of receiving and inspecting the return.

     

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Returns sent with cash-on-delivery service.
  • The buyer did not pay for the delivery.
  • Returns sent to us with signs of usage, mechanical damage, and without original accessories (tags, seals, packaging).

We reserve the right not to accept/return items with clear signs of wear, such as makeup marks, deodorant traces, or stains.
